    i use filezilla client, i didnt know they made a server as well. thanks man!

    Yep. Several of them monitor traffic for just this sort of thing. If it's just you and some friends, probably not a big deal, but start hosting things like large ISOs, and watch how quick they pull the plug.

    If you're running Windows, IIS comes with a FTP server, so you may very well already have one.
