Have you tried a direct copy-to-computer rather than a download (which, I assume, is by firewire, USB, or some other system)? Take the DVD (I'm assuming it's a mini-DVD or DVD-RAM) and put it in your PC and copy everything in the DVD-RTAV directory to your computer. If you're using DVD-RAM and it's not working, you should be able to get a DVD-RAM-capable drive cheap like a Pioneer 111D and then do the copy to your hard disk. You should be able to recover the uncorrupted parts with Tmpgenc or Nero Vision at that point.

However, if this a brand-new camera and you are getting corrupted files already, consider returning it.

I had try to use USB cable to download and also directly put the mini DVD in DVD-Rom to copy to hardisk. I'm copying the whole folder DVD-RTAV and it's only reach about 80% of copying and prompt disk error.
I'm use 3 brand of the DVD-RW, Panasonic, Sony, XXX. Only Sony DVD-RW gave me such faulty, the other 2 work fine.

    You could try ISObuster.

Your other choice is to play what does work using the camera's video out, and use analogue capture to rescue it. You could use a capture card or DVD Recorder to do this.
