    Hello

When I transcode my avi video using convertxtodvd I get a problem. During the video the screen will go black then a blue screen will appear for a second or two and then the video will continue from the same spot it left off at. Has anyone gotten this problem before and if so have you fixed it. Im using the newest version as there was an update for it recently

also what happenes when you change the offset in the sorce details tab of convertxtodvd screenshot of offset
    offset.bmp

Thanks in advance for any help

Changing the offset for the stream will probably unsync your audio and video.

I would be using virtualdub to check the stream for errors, and perhaps even run it through using Direct Stream Copy just to cleanup the index.

The offset message is informational only. As the oldfart pointed out, changing the offset will alter the audio start point, and could cause sync issues (but can also be used to rectify them if they already exist). I haven't seen this message before, but it could be a new feature.
