I used DVD2SVCD to rip Pink Floyd The Wall. Somewhere along the way DVD2SVCD locked up and I'm left with a 1.32gb .mpv file and a .ac3 and .mp2 audio file. I need to add the sound to it and cut it so it fits on 2 cd's. Can someone explain how to do this manually while still maintaining the CCE quality (i heard tmpgenc makes it shitty quality).

Using Tmpg Encoder Goto Files> Mpeg Tools > and Multiplex. Give it the name of each portion as it asks for it (video file, sound file) and it'll create a working movie for you.
