I have a DVD that I downloaded but it is in PAL format. My question is how do I convert it to NTSC soIcan watch it on my DVD player. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

^ that will help you but you could also check your dvd player some players will let you change the setting from PAL to NTSC and vice versa. Then you dont have to go through the problem of re encoding. In my case you can change it through the menu of the player. Maybe it might work for you as well hope I could help.
