I just burned a dvd of this video I've been working on, and there seems to be a problem. I had the mpg file, and I used TMPGenc to turn it into an m2v file. Then, I burned with DVD Author GUI. When I watch it on the computer or on my portable dvd player, it's fine, but some of the sides, and a tiny bit of the top and bottom are missing on other tvs. I have a deadline coming up for this, so if someone could please help, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

It's called Overscan. It has nothing to do with Aspect Ratio. It's perfectly normal:
