MPEG-2 for TMPGEnc 2.5

I have a copy of the TMPGEnc software that I use to resync video & audio. The MPEG-2 trial period has expired and I would still like to use it. Any suggestions on where to get it, or how to reactivate it (without paying for it of course).

If this cannot be done, is there anything that works as well to do the same thing?

You can look at the Video Encoder under the Tool section for free encoder. QuEnc is one of them.
