I downloaded a movie, and now I have an AUDIO_TS folder that contains the movie. Using Nero Showtime, I can play the movie from the folder, but it has no menus. If I want to reauthor and put menus in it and burn it to a DVD, is this "ripping"? If so, please point me to the correct tutorials.
Also, why is it an AUDIO_TS folder, and not a VIDEO_TS folder? Everything else I've ever downloaded ends up as a VIDEO_TS folder. Will this have a bearing on what I want to do?
Thanks to anyone that helps.

try tmpgenc dvd author, select add dvd video and choose the audio_ts folder and make your meeeenus.
it should be video_ts if it is a dvd-video. audio_ts is for so called dvd-audio discs but I think they can also contain video...
