I've played with it. Seems to handle Flash>H264 a little more reliably than ffmpegX but that may be because I've not selected the appropriate parameters in ffmpegX.
I prefer the flexibility of ffmpegX for most everything else although I do keep a few other apps in my toolkit. MPEG Streamclip is very useful for mjpeg-b/aiff conversions (of otherwise uncooperative AVIs). Once that's done, ffmpegX is happy to finish the job to H264 with that source. -

Agreed. VisualHub is quite a nice app. I ran another video through it yesterday and am impressed with the quality. (Going to H264 for iPod) -
I have used this program and it will do alot more than you think.
I give it 10 stars.
