    I have a .BIN file and I want to put subtitles

    How to do please?

    a bin file is an image file, no video format.

    but it is probably a vcd a svcd. then extract the video with isobuster and add subs with for example virtualdub and vsfilter plugin.

    Then you author the MPEG with your subtitles to a new disc image or a new disc.

    And how to author WITH the subtitles

    I have converted in AVI with virtuadub the mpeg , but with VLC i don't see subtitles

    You can load your subs with mplayerc.exe (among others).

    Or you can use a filter with Vdub. See "How to add permanent subtitle to a video with virtualdubmod" (https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=272736)

    But when I have my AVI, VLC doesn'y follow the subtitles

    If for example i change the video it works but not with that one

    If I take another BIN and that I convert it is the same thing

    There's something wrong no?

    Edit / Settings, I think, then search for video renderer settings. Only some support subtitles.

    Neither do I, but try "Output" under "Playback". And do show some initiative, are you employed by the Belgium State?
