i have an program convertxtodvd (divxtodvd) but i need an registration code and i cant find it so is there anathor program that i can yuse whit out to registrat it or that there is an code for

DivxToDVD does not require a registration code to use. ConvertXToDVD does and that would be provided when you purchase it.
If you want to permanently burn the subtitles on the video, VirtualDub can do that. Here is one guide: https://www.videohelp.com/srtsubsvirtual.htm There are more on the VD tool page. -
Not sure if I would call ConvertXToDVD legit. Looks more like a GPL violation to me.
