    All DVDs are playing with a very odd brownish black and white hue on my newly reformatted computer. I have installed the XP power pack codecs and have tried WM player winamp and Nero Showtime. All have the same problem. This also happens with AVI and MPG videos. Any Help in deciding what needs to be done will be greatly appreciated.

    Problem fixed I had to adjust the overlay in my graphics control panel. I had tried to change that before but i wasnt changing the overlay settings. Thanks for the help though
