I download DVBPORTAL and TSconverter. I open a mpg file to it and it plays fine but when I try to convert to a TS file I get the following message:
Could not build graph to convert source file. please check the directx requirements for this application.

Does anybody know the answer? (converting to dvr-ms and mpv+mpa works fine)
