    Heres what I need to do for my small TV staion. We're planning on using a DVD recorder to record the high school football games when it's time for a commercial gonna hit stop on recorder thus creating a new title. I need a way to playback the DVD on air and put MPEG files between the titles for example play title 1 xxx.mpg then title 2 and so on Havent been able to find a software player that will let you build playlists with titles.

    Power DVD may work. You can include .VOBs in a playlist.
