Sorry, but my english isn't very well!!

My question is how i can burn a SVCD for my DVD Player that works!!

In the DVD Player list many users say that SVCD works.

Which burning programm should i use?? Are there spezial settings for my DVD-Player?? (I mean the settings for the burning prog not for encoding the mpeg file (that's clear i made my mpeg file with TMPGEnc with the 2 pass VBR Setting and a maximal bitrate of 2400 kbit/s and on my PC the MPEG file works fine)).
