Hope I am in the right place to ask this. Long story but trying to send some video that I have on 8mm video camera tape of brother inlaw that died ( hit by car) to his teenage kids in England.
Would like to send them a DVD that they could play on thier DVD player or computor. I think they have the PAL format but I am new to all this.
How would I do this? Can I buy a dvd recorder that would record thier format. Or is there a company that I can get to do this for me.
Thanks for any suggestions.

It is most likely that his DVD player and tv can play and display NTSC signals just fine - it's rare to find tvs in UK that have a problem with this.
PCs don't care what format it is - as long as the disc is region free / 0 they play any TV standard.
