I opened the video in G-Spot and the audio is cbr but I'm not sure about the video. The video itself plays fine on Windows Media Player.
I'm using 3GPConverter and made a .avs script. The script works but the video and audio is out of sync. Any tools to fix this? If not then how do I can vbr video to cbr without any quality lose. This is the first time I've run into this situation cause I've encoded other movies before without any problems.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Is this a file that you downloaded, or did you create it yourself?
