    This is what you get for panicking. Doom9 has had many issues with his ISPs over the years. A few months ago he switched because his former ISP degraded his service deliberately to force him out. His current ISP probably had a temporary problem of some kind. When Doom9 is down for a day or more, THEN start to wonder what happened. Doom9's site often has problems where it is unavailable for a few hours and then it comes back.

  5. Yes, it looks like the site was hacked. Yesterday, the forums were down. There was a message that indicated it was hacked.

    Apart from that, don't they have a bunch of mirror sites around the world ? I seem to recall once having to track down a guide I couldn't otherwise find. Finally found it on Doom9 in Turkey ! (The guide was in English, btw. I don't happen to read Turkish.)
