What is the easiest way to add audio tracks and control the volume levels?
I am looking for a Virtual Dub easy way... Any suggestion?

OK, so I assume you mean adding an audio track to an avi ?
The best way to get the volume right is to use an audio editor before you even worry about adding it ot the avi. Audacity is free and pretty good, otherwise goldwave, sound forge, audition etc can all adjust volume, normalise etc.
Once you have done this, open the avi in virtualdubmod (which seems to have the easiest stream handling), go to Streams -> Stream List and click on add. Select your audio track. Make sure both video and audio ate set to direct stream copy, and save the new avi.
If, on the otherhand, you meant adding a new audio track to an existing DVD - it can be done, but it isn't as simple as that. I would start by looking at ifoedit or pgcedit, and the associated guides.Read my blog here.

Well VirtualDobMod looks like it only wants to have one audio track at the time.... But that doesnt matter because my audio file does not work in either program... O well... Not that important anyway...

I have added and removed multiple tracks using virtualdubmod, so I know it works.
