I have a Divx file which apprently has audio of MP3 48kHz VBR ( 96-128 ) within it the video is 23.976 fps.
I tried making an svcd from it and got no sound. After reading the posts on this forum, I decided to save the .wav with Vdub and then re-encode with TEMPenc.
The problem now is the audio and video are out of sync. Checking the properties of the audio and Video, show 57:42mins for audio and 57.43 for audio. When these are encoded, the resulting Mpeg is 57:11 mins.
How does this happen? And how to I resolve this.
Why if I can play the Divx through Media player or Windvd, can't tempenc use the same codexs to encode the Divx straight through without using Vdub to save the Wav.
I've converted other Divx file with no problems.
Why this one?
