Hello,
We purchased KOSS DVD player KS 4110. Recently when I tried playing DVD in the player, the pictures appeared in black and white. I tried playing other dvds there was no color in the pictures. I ensured the disc format was not according to TV -set used (PAL/NTSC).
What could be the reason for the loss of synchronization in color?
I would appreciate suggestions.
Many thanks,
a4chan

Plugging the s-video into a composite connection will also produce black and white images. Check your leads and connections. PAL playback on NTSC only kit will produce black and white, but it usually also causes picture rolling as well. If your picture is stable, it is probably connections.

Thanks a bunch for the response! I will check the connections again. Yesterday i tried switching between PAL/ NTSC, the picture started rolling fast. How do I stop the picture from rolling??
Thank you verymuch!
