I Need a Program to Make a DVD of Movie Clips from DVDs

I want to make a DVD of "classic movie scenes" and I need a program to get the scenes off the DVD, be able to edit the scene to include only what I want and then to make a nice DVD with cards in front of each scene explaining what movie it is from.

dvd shrink, use the reauthoring to mode to cut out the clips you want. author(make menus and such) the vob clips to a new dvd.

or rip out the chapters with dvddecrypter and then author a new dvd with an authoring tool like tda that also can do some editing.

or anydvd together with a vob/mpeg2 editor like videoredo and open the vobs for editing and author the clips to a new dvd.
