low sound volume on final vcd shrek

i use video galaxy package to rip shrek and encode
step one rip files with dvd decrypter (i apply no settings)
step 2 av12vcd(i apply no settings)
step 3 encode with tmpeg
i load video cd (pal).mcf template then goto advanced and changed source aspect ratio to 16:9 625 pal
video source is interlaced & video range is full screen maintain aspect ratio
are these setting correct if so why is the sound volume so low and how can i boost it

In Tmpeg on the advanced tab and click on "Audio effect" There you can increase the volume. I have mine set at 400% and that works fine for me.
