TMPGEncPlus elementary streams problem

I’ve got following problem with TMPGEncPlus. I’m encoding using the Wizard and on the final screen I don’t have the option to save as a single file. “Output video and audio as individual streams" is clicked and grayed out, I can’t change it. I’m burning to DVD and using the template it’s fine. I tried the “unlock. msf” on the template, it makes no difference. Any takers?

You must select mpeg audio instead of pcm wav audio or you wont be able to get one mpg file.

But you can still author m2v and wav to a dvd with most authoring tools like tda.
