Hi guys, i tried converting a 2 piece documentary to dvd of my own, but the second part of the movie/conversion process failed.
i want to now just save and sort out what files are the first half so that it's playable, so i can just convert the second half on my own time. what files are missing here, or why wont it open as a dvd in nero showtime or powerdvd?
thanks in advance for the help

It's missing most of the DVD structure. See 'What is' DVD to the upper left for the DVD structure. <<<<<<
You should be able to play the VOBS in VLC or MPC or other similar players.
You could use a program like IFOEdit to rebuild the DVD structure. Look to this guide. It might help: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/120021.php -
whoa i see, yeah seems a long process and much of a hassle
if only my pc would run long enough to finish the conversion process, lord im doomed.
but hey thanks
