  1. I authored a DVD with DVD-Architect and everything seems to be fine except that when I play the DVD in a set top player the menu doesn't load first. The video starts playing and I have to hit the menu button on my remote to view the menu I made.

I looked through this forum but didn't see any similar posts (sorry if I missed it and this has already been covered). Any suggestions as to what I did wrong?

Sounds like the Main movie is also the First title to play. You will need to make the Menu the First title to play. I don't use DVD-Architect, so I'm not sure how to make the switch. Good Luck

If you have a "Tree" like structure of your dvd on the left window pane, where do you see the purple box with the star in the middle? Is it on a video Title, or on a Menu? If it's on a video Title, click on the menu you want to start, and hit the Purple box with the Star to set it to the "Introduction Media"

    Regards,

  4. Thanks GeorgeW. I can't believe it was something that simple that I was missing.
