I think you need to provide some more information than that.

What kind of subtitle files do you want to join? What is the file extension?

And while you're at it: what is the "one single file" that you want to get?[/i]

  3. I have some srt files. I will convert then to the maestro format using subrip.

I have the following files (example):
    Vid1 Vid2 Vid3
    Aud1 Aud2 Aud3
    Sub1 Sub2 Sub3

In the meastro timeline i added the videos in order, (Vid1-Vid2-Vid3) and did the same with the audio using audiosync function inside maestro (Aud1-Aud2-Aud3). But now i need to make a single file with all the subtitles, in order, to use with maestro in the same way. (while playing the Vid1 i get the sub1, Vid2 I get the sub2 and so on)
    How do i Do that?

If I understand you correct you want to create one subtitle file.

Try this: I always use Subtitle Workshop to joint *.srt-files. Go to Tools - Join subtitles... (or <CTRL> + J) and select the files you want. Depending on how the files are made you might want to check / uncheck "Recalculate time values" to assure that the three files come in sequence instead at the same time.
