Download a different install file and try the install again.

  3. You haven't given us much information with which to help you.

o What is the error message?

o What OS are you using? (Won't work on Win98SE, as I confirmed with Super tech support.)

  4. I tried downloading it again. I took a cap of the message, I thought that would be sufficient. It stops right there and does nothing else. I'm running XP.

The error message is shown in the screenshot - it's unable to process/install a program within the installer, and then quits.

According to the OP's Computer Details, he's using XP.

I'd assume this is just the usual case of an incomplete/corrupt installer... the only apparent way around this is to redownload the file (until it works :I). I have to wonder why they don't add more mirrors, if people are commonly having problems with incomplete/corrupt downloads, though. I'm sure there would be people willing to mirror the file.
If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
