Reduce mpeg size

Hello, i have an mpeg that is 72.5 mb's, i would like to upload it to a site that only allows 20mb. Is it possible to make smaller? If so, how?

you would have to reencode it at a lower bitrate = lower quality.

You might look into using WMV or perhaps MPEG-1, they may give you better images and quicker download times for web video, especially at lower bitrates. If you look to the left for 'CONVERT' there are lots of guides available. <<<<<<
