I have convered my computer into a poor mans media centre. Increased the RAM, increased harddrive size and installed a Twinhan HDTV digital card.

Sometimes recorded TV content is unwatchable as the video freezes completely and crashes the Twinhan viewer. Or equally frustrating the picture freezes and the dialogue continues.

I have noticed when this occurs the clock on the viewer is constantly reporting 0 time. Whilst I am aware that from time to time the digital signal breaks or pixelates I am not convinced this is part of that phenomenon. I am just not sure how to go about trying to fix it and got a bit lost in the How tos on this site.

What are the minimum specs for the Twinhan (for HD capturing)?

What program are you using for capture?

I am using the Twinhan DTV software to record programs. I don't understand what you mean by minimum specs for the Twinhan. If you mean computer specs, I am well above those.
