I'm really thinking of up grading from ME to XP. Video capture sucks with me fat32 4gb limit. Does Xp solve this and if so does xp work for playing games also. I have a p-4 system with WD-80gb HD windows me 256mb rd800 ram and a G-Force 3 card I capture analog thru a canopus advc-100 Quality is good then I edit it with pinnacle studio 7 and a pinnacle firewire card so far so good on vcd quality with studio 7 Tried to convert with TMPEGenc and had sync and picture quality. this was not a problem with the studio 7 software. If anybody has used this capture device extra input would be great.

Yes, XP (like 2000 & NT) runs on the NTFS file system so there is no 4 gig limit. I've been using for a week or so, and everything is good. Very stable system. Like 2000 only catoony, but you can run it in Classic Mode, and it pretty much looks like 98SE or something. I like it so far, but it is really too early to tell.
