how to adjust the position of subtitle????

how do you move the subtitle on the red box on top of the video where the blue box is...im using Subtitle Workshop, how do you edit its font size also, just using .srt format for the subtitle not .ssa, is this possible???

i while back i found dvdsubedit usefull, but can't remember which formats it supports..

With srt you can't set position, styles or anything like that. You need to use something more advanced such as ssa, ssf, etc.
