Well Portugals run has ended (technically not yet) Early for us Poruguese but in retrospect I am proud of the success the team had. Very good PK call by the ref can't argue and Portugal didn't. Figo had a great chance to tie it I just don't know how he missed. I think Deco's play really hurt Portugal today.

Henry dives as much as anyone in the world so bring up Diving today is pointless.

I have been following this thread. Did not post, though, until now. From what I have seen and my limited knowledge of soccer, I would say France is just like a war machine, but has not the joy of Italy when playing. The match Germany-Italy was just great.

Um your glad Portugal is out because they're divers and they deserve no respect. I know that they dove their way into the semifinal in Euro 2000, the final in Euro 04, and Semi World Cup 06 Damn they are pretty good cheaters. Oh wait but the Italians wrote the book on diving and I'm not hearing anyone calling them cheaters.

Any team what resorts to cheating deserves to be kicked out of the competition and heavily punished (ie banned from entering the next tournament). The cheating will continue because the pussies in-charge do not want to rock the boat when money is involved.

Can't say anything about next Sunday. Maybe France will win, maybe Italy. France has a great team. If Italians win, they will be 4 times champions and this is bad since Brazil has just one more star (5 times champion of the world). I guess I'll go for France!
