To all that R having trouble with blocks (KennyC orginaly)
...i'll give one last try
Ok, after seeing the enclosed clip (via link) if you feel that you
are not getting same results in quality and want to continue to see
more complicated scenes, ie, "fight" then please post here.
If however, you feel you have this same quality (or better) then
I wont bother, as you are already there!
Please remember to burn to CD (VCD) and not watch on your PC monitor
as it will give off a FALSE view. Remember that we are stretching a
352x240 to a full screen view, hence all the blocks will show up quite
easily. But burned to CD and all the blocks go away!!
If you're looking to cure your PC's poor viewing quality due to the
heavy blocks, an alternate method has to be used, in the encoding
process. I've done a few, but I'm not interested in watcihng them
on my PC and am not interested in showing how. So, please don't
ask. Anyways, if you're looking only for the PC viewing, I'd advise
to look elsewhere cause I don't have the answers for ya. Sorry.
If you're interested, post a response!
penidng on above, look for these 3 files to become links here:
