i have alot of videos that i want to burn to a dvd as data, the files are totaling around 57.8GB (about 123 videos), obviously these videos wont fit on one dvd so i will need at lest 13-14 dvds....is there a program so that i can just drag and drop all these 123 videos into the program, and the program will decide how to sort these videos to fit on multiple dvds, and still keep its folders intact??

  2. Use a program such as WinRAR that can compress and archive. Set the archives to be 4.1 - 4.3GB each and set the compression to "Store" or "None". You can't really compress compressed video much at all, so it's a waste of time to try (although I'm not sure if you would save time, or whether the program would realise and automatically skip compression).

but then to actually watch these videos i would have to copy all archives from the dvd to my pc and then unrar it right?

is there a way to burn them without the raring process? like a the program would decide how many whole videos to fit on one dvd (without raring) and still keep the folder directory ?

Yep. Not real practical IMHO to copy all files from 13-14 DVDs just to get to the files on one of them.

Why is the folder structure so important ?

I don't think you're going to find what you want TBH
    If in doubt, Google it.

yeah thats another thing i dont want to split the file...i guess to give more info these are world cup 2006 full matches, the whole complete games so far and i wanted to put round 1 on dvd as data, the whole round 1 is 58.7GB and i put each group/game into a folder so thats why i dont want to lose the folder directory...

Nero Backup is just as bad as using WinRAR IMHO ... you'd still run into the same problem of needing all 14 DVDs just to get to the content of 1.
    If in doubt, Google it.
