Did you install the Helix RealLib?

Thanks for coming to my rescue, Case.

I've downloaded the RealLib. So where do I place the folder?

Copy the folder into /Library/Application Support/ffmpegX/

    Thanks, Case!

Got it! Realized I should place the folder titled reallib within the reallib folder instead of renaming it as told at http://www.ffmpegx.com/download.html.

I supposed it's working as I can play it with ffmpegx BUT... conversion is still unsuccessful.

The mismatch is because video and audio are in reversed order from what's expected. The Audio tab in ffmpegX has an "Invert mapping" checkbox to fix that.

Weird. If you click Play in ffmpegX, do you see video and hear audio?
