Hi,
After I bought my AverMedia TV Card I was really disappointed by its recording capabilities. The quality of the captured vdo's isnt very good and they consume lot of memory since it uses the mpeg2 codec. So after much searching I came across VirtualDub and I was really happy. Now, my VirtualDub doesnt detect my channels anymore !! I tried scanning all the channels again but it was of no use. Even when VirtualDub was working it couldnt detect some of the channels. I've also tried VirtualVCR - freezes my PC, AMCap - displays an error message when I start it up....![]()
Im really outta ideas here.... Is there any good freeware out there that will detect all my channels and can capture with real time compression.
Any sorta advice wud b appreciated.
