Problem with OUTPUT video with DVD Rebuilder & CCE

ha everyone

I facing a problem with my video (Johnny english size 3.73GB) I am trying to re encode the movie to 1.42GB but the ouput video doesn't look good. some part of the o/p movie look good as the orginal one but the other part was bad. its like toggling some good video then poor video...... video looked like encoded in transcoder .. I used CCE 2.70 SP... before this i re encoded other video 4 of them no problem like 3.25 GB to 1.36GB & it was working fine suddenly this happend..............
PLZ help me find a solution to the problem thanks in advance

I am surprised any of looks good being crushed like that.

You need to give more details on the version of rebuilder, pro or standard, and the settings you have used. This includes any changes to the ini file to force such a small output.
