If you just realized you only got 1 HDMI input on your TV, you can use an external HDMI switch to help you expand it.
It is simple to use, just plug all your HDMI sources and connect the output to the TV.
Hope this helps.

An active switch that supports HDCP is required. HDCP hasn't been fully implemented yet but one should assume this is coming before buying an HDMI switch. Active switches get expensive.
Your Octava link makes no claim to maintain HDCP encryption handshakes through the switch and never mention HDCP in the FAQ. They do have a page describing the issue.

I'd ask them about this before buying.
PS: Note how Gefen addresses the issue up front.

I have the Octava 3x, it works great and is about $100 cheaper than the Geffen. It comes with a remote that you really don't need because it senses when a new component is turned on and automatically switches to it. A pretty neat feature. There is also a manual $40 2x switcher with both DVI & HDMI connections at http://www.markertek.com/p/fullpage.php?page=037 but it is a bit cheap, the Octava is high quality and a better value.
