  1. I have just downloaded a movie that will be made into a VCD. However this movie has 52 .rar files and a .sfv file but usually I get them and they just have a .cue file and a .bin file so I can burn them straight onto a cd-r. Can someone please tell me how to get these files onto a cd-r so I can play the movie on my DVD player.

    thanks

  2. You will have to unrar them with WinRAR. Then you can burn your bin file or whatever.

RAR format is kind of holdover from the pre-Bittorrent days when you transferred files and you either got all or nothing. Using RAR split files into a million little pieces that you could get in any order you wanted and once you had them all, RAR was smart enough to put the pieces together and extract whatever was stored. Mwkurt is quite right that you simply unrar them. I'm not a RAR expert as it's not my favorite compression format, but I think the SVF file tells how the pieces go together. If you search, you can find free command line versions of unrar programs if you don't want to pay for WinRAR.
