Best Program While Still Downloading...?

What is the best video-playing program to use while the video you're downloading is not yet done downloading? Can any programs do this?

I think a lot of software players do this with streaming media.

I personally like Media Player Classic if thats of any use to you.It handles many formats even DVD's.For your information if you hate MPC popping up as a tiny window every time you play a video file then go to View>Options...>Playback and under "Output" uncheck the Auto-zoom box.I hated this when I first used the program but soon figured it out and now love it.

I install Quicktime Alternative and Real Alternative.
