HI, anyone know the best way to go and the fastest? Someone said that simple characters (text) takes as long or longer to burn that a 2hr video using Lightscribe discs? Maybe I should just get a Casio thermal printer??? I need to make 100 disc with no fancy pictures or gfxs

    Thanks

INKJET ? thats it ? use a attachment to a inkjet printer? I thought the ink is not good or smears?

  3. Inkjet is fast, cheap, and full color. You have to use inkjet printable DVDs but they're cheaper than lightscribe (which is monochrome by the way). It does smear when wet. Some people use spray fixatives to prevent that.

There are several Epson and Canon printers capable of printing on DVDs. Canon's printers sold in the USA don't officially support it (a patent issue) but they're easy to mod. I used a Canon Pixma IP4000.
