I have some mpg and avi files that I'm going to burn to DVD. They are all different resolutions, I was wondering if there is any software that will tell me the resolution and maybe other info about my files?

Use the newer Gspot 2.52 for MPEGs and AVIs. There is also MediaInfo and MPEGProperties.
