    Hello All,

I've been using this program without a hitch for the past 6-8 months until now. Now it keeps spitting back out whatever I set to convert. It either gets the below error, or just locks up the computer. All the videos have been ckecked with video inspecter and my codecs are up to date. Any help?

Have you installed any codec packs recently ?
Have you tried reinstalling the program ?
Are you running the latest version ?

Codec packs generally are a bad idea. They often contain conflicts between software, bastardised installers and can cause all sorts of problems. They are also difficult to uninstall because of the way they are cobbled together. This could be the cause of your problem.

I suggest contacting VSO supprt to see if they can shed any light on the problem, and in the meantime, uninstall the codec pack and just install the specific codecs you require, using the proper installers.
