    can anyone id this, it came in the bag of screws with my computer case. flat end is to plugin, other end is round with a hole in the center. never seen one

    Looks like a power supply cable maybe for a Front USB ports....

    The flat end is the same as the connection which connects the case speaker to the motherboard. It might be some kind of adapter if you have a case with a non-standard connection for the speaker.
