MPC's internal mp4 paser should be able to handle 3gp files. What streams are in the 3gp's though?

I haven't had a problem playing 3GP movies generated by my Nokia phone, in Media Player Classic, or videos that I converted to 3GP for the phone using SUPER.

As you seem to know already, 3gp's are quicktime flavored encodes (or rather, a container for quicktime type mp4's)

I have quicktime alt and all of my 3gps play fine with media player classic. I do alot of conversions for my cell which uses this format.

I suggest installing ffdshow if you havent already, as this allowed me to have alot less problems when encoding to 3gp.
