    I have big problems with my Canon IP 4000. This week the big black cartridge (3e bk) stoped working. When I do a printer test all the cartridges works fine, but the 3e bk dosenīt print anything at all.

    I have tried a new black cartridge, but same problem. I have tried usual printerhead clean and deep clean, but the problem remains. Itīs like the printer dosen't even know there is a big black cartridge and I don't get any errors or anything.

    So what can I do about this problem? I would realy apreciate some good advices...

    Sounds like it's time for a new printhead. Or a new printer.
