hi im trying to use tmpgenc to convert my d2v files into vcd but with subtitles.
ive tried using the way too do it but with avi and it didnt work.

You need to add the subs with a filter, either using Avisynth or Virtualdub. For Avisynth, create a AVS script that loads the d2v and applies a subtitle filter (which, depends on your subs format). Load the avs in TMPGEnc and encode away.
