    Hey all,

    Trying to see if this is possible I have some mov and avi files that I would like to convert to flash is there any way to accomplish this?

    can quicktime player Pro accomplish this also?

    you can convert mov and avi to flash using special programs, for example the one i use-FlashConv, you can google it easily.
