    hi im new to this forum so i will say hi first lol

    now i got a toshiba 27wl56 lcd tv hd ready and i want to connec this

    to my tv, but i want to use the coponent setup as i want to watch movies in hd and so component is better.

    now this tv is conponent compatible but it doesnt have the rgb sockets instead it has Component video: Via PC Input socket. ie a min d sub 15p connector .

    but if i use that with the component connector on the modix hd 3520 im going to have 6 rgb male connectors so its not going to work. can any advise me on teh best way to connect this piece of equipment to my tv to ge the best picture and hd quality

    The 15pin D is for a VGA computer connect. It won't work.

    You need analog component inputs for HD. Next best (SD) is S-video. Then composite.


    Maybe someone from the UK knows if analog component YPbPr is supported over a 21-pin SCART. If not you are out of luck for HD connection.
